My meaning behind this piece:
Cosmic Garden depicts a peaceful, ethereal sanctuary that exists between worlds. It is inspired by a place visited through meditation and dream states, a liminal space where the soul rests before exploring deeper inner realms or stepping through new gateways of awareness. It feels like a waiting room between dimensions, calm and expansive, where nothing is rushed and every path remains open.
At the center of the garden, a softly glowing pathway leads through a gateway into a swirling galaxy. This central gateway symbolizes the portal within, the doorway into one’s own inner universe accessed through stillness, imagination, and self-reflection.
On either side of this path are additional gateways, each opening into a different spiritual realm. One leads into a vibrant, interconnected city of light, representing higher-dimensional life, connection, and the collective flow of consciousness beyond the physical world. Another opens into a crystalline sanctuary floating above a lake and cascading waterfalls, symbolizing eternal knowledge, encoded wisdom, and the timeless intelligence held within crystalline and cosmic realms.
Flowing water moves throughout the garden, reflecting emotional clarity, energetic cleansing, and the gentle release that occurs when the mind and spirit are allowed to soften. The symmetry of the pathways and arches evokes sacred geometry and thresholds of consciousness, reinforcing the feeling of standing at a crossroads where choice is guided by intuition rather than urgency.
